  1. To raise attainment wherever possible across the whole school, especially where under-achievement has been identified by data analysis
  2. To attain co-constructive learning for all students, empowering students to contribute to own their own learning and the successful functioning of the school
  3. To establish and embed Assessment for Learning across all departments and year groups
  4. Students to be autonomous, independent learners
  5. Students to be life-long learners who are well-equipped to succeed in tertiary education, a high level career and become global citizens
  6. To establish the school as a life-long learning organisation for all its members

 

  1. To establish and communicate a clear vision for the strategic direction of then school and institute
  2. To improve standard operating procedures and quality assurance
  3. To improve innovation in order to be the market leaders in education and to attract additional finance to the organisation
  4. To re-structure the staffing and to train staff to have a more efficient and effective organisation
  5. Communication with all stakeholders to be improved
  6. To improve the quality of the site and the appearance of the students in order to facilitate deep learning and project an image of a school of excellence

  2. To include educational experiences within the curriculum to enrich learning opportunities, including skills based learning
  3. To improve learning outcomes through the use of new technologies
  4. To develop an international extra-curricular activities programme which reflects the interest of students and prepares them for life as global citizens in the 21st century
  5. To encourage student participation in extra-curricular activities beginning in Year 1
