Entrance Application Forms
  1. Download, print and complete the form. Hard copies of the form can be obtained from the school for parents without computer access.
  2. Bring the following to the Main Office, 19th-29th March inclusive, 8.00- 1.30 p.m.:
    1. Completed application form.
    2. Two recent passport size photos of the candidate.
    3. The candidate's birth certificate.
    4. 120 euros application fee, (cheques to be made payable to ‘The English School.’)
  3. Upon payment you will be given the Examination Registration Card for your child, along with Entrance Examination information from the Main Office.

READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

  1. Complete the form in English.
  2. Please take extra care in completing the application form correctly since this information will be used after a candidate has been successfully admitted to the school.
  3. Note that Religion is a mandatory field as it is required by the Cyprus government.
  4. Please try to fill in all the contact information. This will make it easier for the school to contact you in case of emergency or for other circumstances. This information is only for the school's use and it is not shared with third parties.
