Where next?
The Pastoral System is reviewed and evaluated every year. Various working groups, some at SMT level, others at Middle Management level as well as at whole staff level, discuss and propose ways towards further development.
The focus of discussions and all decisions taken for action is the welfare of the individual student.
The support we receive in the process of development of the pastoral system from the Board of Management, the ESPA Council and the whole body of Parents is greatly appreciated. We couldn't have made it to where we are today without you! Thank you.
