The English School participated in the 25^th March School Parade in Nicosia with a full team consisting of 52 marchers.

Climate Change, Global Concerns and impact on the Rights of the Future Generations is a project funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, which aims at bringing together youth, experts and policy-makers from different European countries to foster debate, promote the active participation of young people and raise awareness on the interdependence between Climate Change and the Rights of Future Generations. 

Our students participated in the Nicosia Senior Boys and Girls Athletics Competition this week. 

On the 9th of February, our students took part in the Pancyprian Swimming Schools Competition. All of our students had an excellent performance. 

On the 31st January 2022 our students took part in the Pancyprian Badminton Schools Competition. All of our students had an excellent performance. 

We are delighted to announce that Cans For Kids has installed a can bank at our school and this was made possible following the generous contribution by the English School Parents and Guardians Association ESPA. 

In what has now become a tradition at the school, December 2021 was a hugely successful Acts of Kindness month. Each form, year group, and activity were tasked with kindness, no matter how big or small, at home or far away. 

Three of our students (Maria Thanassa, Lara Wilks and Anna Petrides) have been selected to debate on the future of Europe with French and Cypriot politicians.

The ES Poetry Project was delighted to receive the acclaimed poets Lisa Suhair Majaj, Nora Nadjarian, Athena Temvriou and Christos Tsiailis on Tuesday, February 15. 

School is the place to be in the afternoon, to sing, play, create, build, debate, and follow your passion, whatever it may be.
