Programme for the Last Three Weeks of Summer Term 2017
The detailed programme for the end-of-term follows:
Thursday 1st June: Graduation ceremony rehearsal Filoxenia Conference Centre 10.30-12.30
Wednesday 14th June: End of internal exams for Years 1-4. Year 3 end of year party 8.00 Zoo
Thursday 22nd June: Return of exam papers for Years 1-4. Students register with form tutors.
*Assembly for Year 1: 7.45-8.05 (accompanied by subject teachers in lecture theatre.) FORM TUTORS SHOULD ALSO ACCOMPANY THEIR STUDENTS IF THEY ARE NOT TIMETABLED FOR RETURNING EXAMS. Then students go to period 1 lessons.
*Assembly for Year 2: 8.05-8.25 (accompanied by subject teachers in lecture theatre.) FORM TUTORS SHOULD ALSO ACCOMPANY THEIR STUDENTS IF THEY ARE NOT TIMETABLED FOR RETURNING EXAMS. Then students go to period 2 lessons.
All students follow ‘Return of exams’ timetable when not in assembly.
