Robot Rully - a design from our very own student Riana Paleomyliti 1J

Congratulations to Riana Paleomyliti, 1J who is amongst the six winners of the 5th World Painting Contest IKEA Plush Games, 2019.

The competition is part of a campaign “We play Together”  to support children's right personal development and a right to explore and play.
Children from all over the world took part in the competition by painting their dream toy, with the hopes of it being produced into a game.  With great joy, Riana's painting came to life by IKEA wonderful personnel.  Riana’s painting managed to distinguish between 87,000 magnificent paintings, out of 50 Competing Countries.

The official website of IKEA states: "This weird robot is so exciting! A great combination of plush and technology come together in a fantastic way.  It is so cute, and friendly ready for hugs.

Riana was happy to state: "My robot is called "Rully" and does everything.  He loves dancing, singing, painting and helping around the house.  I love my little robot very much and when you cuddle it while sleeping you never feel lonely.”
