On Tuesday, 21st March, the members of the Healthy Cooking Club once again enjoyed the afternoon making a very healthy but old recipe favourite: Coconut treats!
A very old recipe finds its place amongst the new generation. "Coconut treats" made with bread crumbs, dried coconut, honey and cinnamon syrup. Easy to make, delicious to eat but above all healthy! It was a great day for bonding, chatting and cooking!
