Junior Band Spring Fayre

On Saturday, May 11^th members of our school’s Junior Band led by Mr. Evangelos Christodoulou performed at the St Paul’s annual Spring Fayre. 

Despite this being a very busy period of the year for our students due to exams, they all excitedly accepted the invitation to participate. They performed arrangements of Amazing Grace, Beethoven’s Allegretto from Symphony no. 7 and ‘Οδός Ονείρων’. The band’s two clarinetists also performed a jazzy duet.  Proceeds of the Spring Fayre will go to Pasykaf and the Nicosia Mercy Centre. The band has already been invited to next year’s Spring Fayre for a repeat performance!
