Year 7 PSHCE students get to grips with self-defense under the guidance of top martial arts expert.
​Year 7 students were on Tuesday fortunate to be given the opportunity in their PSHCE lesson to practise a variety of self-defence moves and were offered useful advice on how to protect themselves in the event of an assault.
The class was led by a top martial arts referee and his assistants.
