Educational and team building trip to Skarinou village at Ktima Georgiadi - Golden Donkeys Farm
More bonding activities and educational fun! With our Year 1 students attending an educational, trip at Ktima Georgiades in Skarinou on the 28th September 2016
Based on our commitment to offer our students an all-round education, more educational, fun and bonding activities are being planned to take place during the year. We are constantly trying to think of new, creative ways to enhance our students’ development and prepare them to face challenges with confidence, in upper Years and later on in their adult lives.
One of these activities took place on Wednesday 28th September 2016. Our Year 1 students had an educational trip to Ktima Georgiades at the village of Skarinou. It was so good to see all those smiles! They had new experiences, as well as good fun with their peers and members of the Pastoral Team.
It was lovely to watch the juniors picking olives form the olive trees and then using the olive mill in the old traditional way. They also enjoyed the donkey farm while listening to the people there talking about the use of these animals by farmers in the past!
