Head Boy and Head Girl Elections

13th April 2016 marks the start of the Election Campaign for Head Boy and Head Girl.
The nominations are:
Head Girl: Sophia Colocassides (6Y), Myria Constantinidou (6B) and Camilla Ozada (6W)
Head Boy: Alexandros Constantinou (6W), Athos Economides (6Y), Filios Nicolaou (6B) and Christos Zannetos (6G)
Votes will be cast by Years 3, 4, 5, and 6. Teachers will also be able to vote if they so choose. All votes will count as single votes. All electors will cast a vote for both a Head Girl and a Head Boy. After the votes have been counted for Head Girl and Head Boy, the Students with the second highest votes for each gender will become the Deputy Head Boy and Girl.
On Monday 18th April (period 1) will be the hustings for Years 4 and 5, while on Tuesday 19th April (period 5) will be the hustings for Year 3 and 6.
Election Day is on the 19th April after the Year 3 and 6 hustings. Students must vote for 2 candidates: one male and one female and should be anonymous. Any scribbles or writing on the ballot paper will be void.
Results will be counted after school by members of staff together with selected Student Council Representatives. The results will be sent out to students and staff via email in the afternoon.
