Description:
The English School Astronomy Club provides interesting activities and education in astronomy and related space sciences. We hold weekly meetings during break to plan events such as viewing sessions with the Cyprus Amateur Astronomy Group, lectures, trips and whole school events. We also discuss the universe, learn about telescopes, and enter competitions run by ESA and NASA. Members also give presentations on various astronomical phenomena and space programs during these sessions.
